The Paypal Buyer Credit Program allows you to receive a line of credit online almost instantly. You must have a regular Paypal account in order to apply, and if you do not have an account, it only takes minutes to set up. Once you have a regular Paypal account, you can immediately apply for the Buyer Credit Program.  Once approved for the credit line, you may make purchases against that line of credit immediately. You can then make low monthly payments on your credit line account.

In order to apply for either or both accounts, please go to the Paypal website, click on the "sign up now" button at the top of the page and once you establish your account and log in, you will see the "Paypal Buyer Credit" link on the left of the page. Once completed you will secure your new credit line immediately and can start making purchases with your new Paypal Buyer Credit line.
